       Notice for Classes NURSERY to Class III

Dear Parent,

Greetings of the Day!

The children of classes Nursery to Class III are scheduled to go for a picnic to CAMP-WILL-O-THE-WISP located at SISWAN on February 22, 2023.

Please note

  1. All children to be punctual and to reach school on time. The buses shall not wait for anyone coming late.
  2. Children to bring their WATER BOTTLES ONLY.
  3. All children to come in the SCHOOL TRACK SUIT ONLYwith Sports shoes (comfortable)
  4. It will be a regular working day for children who are not going.
  5. Tentative time of arrival from Siswan to school will be 3 p.m (depending upon the traffic)
  6. Parents to refrain from following the buses or reaching the picnic spot – just to “see”. You will not be allowed at the camp.
  7. In case the child is sick- please do NOT send the child.
  8. Parents to pick up the children from the school premises.
  9. The children will be taken to the respective classes and will be handed over to the parents after attendance.
  10. Children not going for the picnic will have regular classes
    1.  1:15 p.m.            For Nursery to Class II
    2. 2:50 p.m.             For Class III
  11. The teachers will be accompanying the children.
