Dear Parent Due to repeated request of the parents, the school has decided to conduct online Final Exam. The following is the Revised Date-sheet for ONLINE Final Exam (2020-21) for Classes IX and XI.
· Results will be displayed on 27.03.2021 (Saturday). IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO BE STRICTLY FOLLOWED. 1. Student’s camera and audio should be on and both the hands should be visible. Both audio and video should be in proper working conditions to take the necessary instructions. 2. Each classroom will be monitored by three or more teachers. 3. Online assessment requires co-operation and responsible behavior from students as well as parents. Parents are earnestly requested to ensure that their wards are not indulging in any unfair means to write and complete the examination. Any child found using unfair means will be disqualified and will not be promoted unless he/she clears the subsequent paper in the school premises. 4. Timings for the exam will be from 8:00 am to 11:10 am. 5. Reading Time 10 min. (8:00 am to 8:10 am) 6. Writing Time- 3 hours (8:10 am to 11:10 am). Answers to all questions should be handwritten. No other form of submission will be treated as valid. 7. Paper uploading time 15 min (11:10 am to 11:25 am) . The answer sheets should be submitted in single file in pdf format. The student must also ensure that the pictures uploaded by them are clear and visible for examiners to evaluate. 8. Mention the number of sheets used for writing exam. Number your pages. 9. In case of any difficulty in uploading the paper in the classroom, the paper should be sent to the subject teacher on whatsapp within 15 minutes. Late submissions will not be accepted. 10. Use dark blue/black pen to write the exam. FAILURE TO OBSERVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE SUSPENSION FROM THE EXAM. (Surita Sharma) Principal |
