Date Sheet For Final Exam (2020-21) For Classes IX and XI

Dear Parent

The following is the Date-sheet for the Final Exam (2020-21) for Classes IX and XI.

Classes IX & XI Final Examination will be conducted in school.

·                     The students should keep the following in mind.

1.        Timings for the exam will be from 9:30 am to 12:40 pm. reporting time on the days of the examination will be 9:10 am.

2.        Parents to write a consent letter allowing their ward to appear in final examination. On the first day of the exam, students to bring the consent letter with them and hand it over to the concerned teacher. Students who do not submit consent letter will not be allowed to appear for the exam.

3.        All students must be dressed up in the school uniform.

4.        Please bring your water bottle, sanitizers and wear a mask.

5.        Bring all the stationery that you require. You will not be permitted to borrow or share.

6.        Maintain distance and do not gather in groups anywhere in the school.

7.        Sanitize your hands before entering the examination room.

8.        The school is taking all precautionary measures to ensure your safety by fulfilling all the SOPs based on the guidelines shared by the Department of School Education, Chandigarh, UT. Do not worry. Your safety is our prime concern.

9.        Parents must drop & pick the child from school on the day of the examination.

10.     Promotion list will be displayed on 05.03.2021 (Friday).

11.     New session for Class X and XII will begin from 08.03.2021 (Monday).
